Recommended Use:
Adults or children (age 1 and up): Take 2 tablespoons, 3 times daily.
Can be mixed with about 2 oz. of naturally carbonated spring water or juice for a great taste.
For special programs, 2 tablespoons may be taken 9 times daily.
